Refunds Policy

We gladly accept returns within 120 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

Is it free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $79. For orders under $79, a shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Regular shipping takes 2-6 business days. Express shipping takes 1-4 business days. Please note that these times exclude weekends and public holidays.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped using our reliable courier partners. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment's progress.

What are your shipping costs?

For regular shipping, orders over $79 are shipped for free.

 

Orders under $79 incur a $9.95 shipping fee.

 

For express shipping, the cost is $7.95 for orders over $79 and $9.95 for orders under $79.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Once an order has been shipped, it is difficult to make changes.
